Meet the team

James is responsible for the strategic direction and operational performance of the company. He has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry, having worked across a range of functions and in leadership roles at companies such as IAG and Lumley.

Maryanne joined Turners Automotive Group in 2019. She has 20 years of experience as a Human Resources Professional in a broad range of industries in New Zealand. These include automotive, financial services, insurance, environmental solutions, importation and distribution. Maryanne has led multiple transformational people projects across a number of businesses.

Mika manages our product offering, pricing and underwriting team. Mika’s 20-year insurance career has spanned multiple roles, including having been an independent adviser and Head of Product Development for a major NZ insurer. Mika is very passionate about helping Kiwi families protect themselves against unforeseen financial risks.

Narendra is a Chartered Accountant and has over 15 years’ experience working in a range of companies both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, including BDO and Silverfleet Capital.

Natalie is responsible for leading and developing our marketing function. She has over 25 years’ experience across B2B and B2C, both online and through traditional channels. Her role prior to DPL was with ANZ Bank as Marketing Manager – Insurance.

Sharon is responsible for managing operational support for our team. She has a breadth of experience in administration within the insurance industry, including 18 years with Autosure.

Warwick has over 26 years’ motor vehicle industry experience. He has held a variety of sales and management roles across finance with UDC Finance and Ford Credit, leasing & fleet management with FleetPartners and Custom Fleet, and insurance in his current role at Autosure.

Wayne has over 45 years’ experience in the Motor Industry, having owned or managed workshops, a compliance centre and car yards. He has been at Autosure for the last 14 years.
